From structured coats and fine knitwear to considered accessories like cufflinks and belts, each item is selected for its material integrity and design purpose.

What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure a secure and seamless checkout, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal.
Can I create an account?
Currently, we offer a streamlined guest checkout to expedite your experience. We are considering an account system for future enhancements to better serve our Intentional Builders. Your order confirmation and tracking details will be sent directly to your email.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to, and what are the costs?
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Dispatched via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking.
• Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders over £50, dispatched via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long will my order take to process and arrive?
All orders are thoughtfully prepared within 1-2 business days before dispatch. The total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping timeframe for your chosen method. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Prices on our site are exclusive of any potential customs, import duties, or taxes levied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or collected by Repertoire Fashion Store. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
Confidence in your choices is paramount. We offer a straightforward 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure each piece—whether a foundational jumper or an accenting hat—fits your body and your style philosophy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our customer service team at admin@repertoirefashions.com within the 15-day period. We will guide you through the simple process and provide a return authorisation and instructions. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer exchanges?
To maintain efficiency and clarity, we currently process returns for refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish for a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one under our standard returns policy.

Care & Quality

How should I care for my Repertoire items?
Each item comes with specific care instructions on its label to ensure its longevity. As a general principle for a lasting wardrobe, we recommend gentle washing, avoiding high heat, and proper storage—for example, folding knitwear and using padded hangers for structured coats and jackets.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We package every item with utmost care. However, if your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us immediately at admin@repertoirefashions.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve this promptly and with the care you expect from us.
