Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please contact our dedicated customer service team at admin@repertoirefashions.com within the 15-day window. We require a return authorisation before any items are sent back to us.
The Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at admin@repertoirefashions.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the secure return address in Oxford, GB.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the parcel, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 5-10 business days after we process them, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via our Standard Shipping method once the return is approved. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
In line with our commitment to hygiene and the integrity of our products, the following items from our curated menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cufflinks: Due to their small, personal nature.
- Belts where the buckle shows signs of wear or adjustment.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.
- Items that are damaged due to customer wear, misuse, or that are not in their original, resalable condition.
Please try on garments carefully. Knitwear, Gloves, Hats, and Scarves must be returned without any perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@repertoirefashions.com with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
