Product Representation: We strive to accurately display the colours, details, and materials of our products. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms and availability. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occurs when we dispatch the goods.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Incorrect information may lead to delays or additional charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days post-dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days post-dispatch.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your destination country. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our policy is designed to be fair and hygienic. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Key conditions are:

• Eligibility: Most full-price items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable): Cufflinks; Belts with buckle wear; items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance; damaged or soiled items.
• Process: You must contact admin@repertoirefashions.com for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before returning. Return shipping is at your cost; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve the return. It may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
